Insider trading in Germany
Germany insider trading disclosures are publicly filed with BaFin and represent legally required notifications from corporate executives, directors, and major shareholders. These filings must be made within a defined period after a transaction, making them a trailing but verifiable signal of insider activity.
Disclosyr aggregates and normalises Germany insider disclosures into a single feed, making it searchable and comparable alongside data from other European markets and the United States. This database currently tracks 195 disclosed transactions involving Germany-based insiders.
Under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) are required to notify the issuer and the BaFin within three business days of executing a transaction. The issuer then publishes the disclosure publicly. Disclosyr collects these filings directly from the BaFin feed and normalises them for analysis.
Disclosyr provides public disclosure data for research purposes only. Nothing on this page constitutes investment advice. Past insider performance does not guarantee future results.
