Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Disclosyr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Disclosyr aggregates and displays publicly disclosed regulatory filings (including SEC EDGAR, EU MAR filings, and Congressional STOCK Act disclosures) for informational purposes only. The Service is a research and transparency tool. It is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Prices are stated excluding VAT; applicable EU VAT is added at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or systematically download content from the Service, use the Service to build a competing product, misrepresent data from the Service as your own, or use the Service in any unlawful manner.
7. Data accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, up-to-date, or free of errors. Regulatory filings may be amended after initial disclosure. We are not liable for decisions made based on data displayed on the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Disclosyr and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
